We are now recruiting for the following management positions:

CLINICAL SERVICES MANAGER

Reporting to the CEO and the Medical Director, the Clinical Services Manager will lead a professional and highly experienced clinical team in the provision and development of all clinical services within the centre.

Essential Requirements

The successful candidate must hold as a minimum a Master’s Degree in one of the following disciplines: Addiction counselling, psychotherapy, or psychology. They must also have at least 5 years relevant post qualification experience and be fully accredited by an approved body.

Desirable Requirements

Strong consideration will be given to those with valid experience and who have a proven track record in managing people and resources. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding leader who excels in making good clinical and ethical decisions but which also make good business sense.

This is a full-time post.

QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Reporting to the CEO and the Medical Director, the Quality and Compliance Manager will design and oversee the implementation of current and new robust Quality, Risk, Compliance and Accreditation programs across the organisation.

Essential Requirements

The successful candidate must hold as a minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines: Addiction counselling, psychotherapy, or psychology. They must also have at least 5 years relevant post qualification experience and be fully accredited by an approved body.

Desirable Requirements

Strong consideration will be given to those who have a recognised qualification and/or relevant experience in risk management. They will have a proven track record in the preparation and implementation of relevant evidence based policies and procedures and will have experience working with an accreditation program in a clinical setting.

This post is 3 days per week (flexible).
