Clinical Quality Improvement Manager

Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager and to the CEO & Medical Director where appropriate, the Clinical Quality Improvement Manager will design and oversee the implementation of current and new robust Quality Improvement and Accreditation programs across the organisation. He/she will also work with clients, to support the multi-disciplinary team, with a particular focus on managing clinical risk.

Essential Requirements

The successful candidate must hold as a minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines: Addiction counselling, psychotherapy, or psychology. They must also have at least 5 years relevant post qualification experience and be fully accredited by an approved body.

Desirable Requirements

Candidates will have a proven track record in the preparation and implementation of relevant evidence based policies and procedures and will have experience working with an accreditation program in a clinical setting. The candidate will be able to demonstrate in depth knowledge of clinical governance with a particular focus on clinical risk.
