   EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMMES

back back

We provide Employee Assistance Programmes to help people with a wide range of problems, including addiction. The service is provided by highly specialised staff experienced in the design, implementation, service and development of workplace programmes.

It provides confidential, professional assistance in the workplace for employees with problems such as:

  • Addiction
  • Stress
  • Marital disharmony
  • Mental Health
  • Relationships
  • Phobias
  • Bereavement

Active addiction in the workplace exacts huge costs to all concerned in relation to accidents, absenteeism, general health and poor morale. Well-run, professional, Employee Assistance Programmes are proven world-wide to be effective in reducing costs and in getting help for individuals as quickly as possible. Employee Assistance Programmes are designed to help employees and are not part of the disciplinary process.
