Administrative Team

Graeme Leitch: General Administrative Manager

Graeme has over 25 years of experience working in Administrative capacity, 16 years of which was in the National Health Service UK.  Graeme holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management and works with a focus on administrative systems, training and development, and quality assurance. 

Pauline Holmes: Senior Receptionist (Lead on Census, Database and General Administration)

Pauline is a highly experienced administrative professional. Pauline has a particular interest in the quality of the experience for the client from the moment they come to Rutland Centre until the time they leave. She has worked with Rutland Centre for the past 5 years.

Danielle Donohue: Receptionist (Lead on Continuing Care)

Danielle has 30 years of experience working in administrative roles. Danielle currently works closely with the Continuing Care team and is highly focused on client centred care. She also delivers administrative support to the wider clinical team and the clinical director. Danielle is an active member of the Friends of Rutland Centre.

Lorraine Kelly: Receptionist (Lead on Accreditation)

Lorraine has over 30 years experience in office administration. Her qualifications include Fetac Level 5 Distinctions in Communications, Book-keeping and payroll, Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, Word, Publisher and PowerPoint. She holds a Fetac Level 5 course in Cultural and Heritage studies, with Distinctions. At Rutland Centre Lorraine has contributed significantly to maintaining CHKS Accreditation and a focus on quality client centred care. She makes clients feel at ease from the moment they arrive in our Centre.
